From Junction 44 of the M4, follow the A48 for a mile, passing Llansamlet station til you reach a set of lights at a crossroads. Turn left here. Pass Tesco and turn right at a roundabout. Turn left at the next roundabout, onto Phoenix Way. Continue for half a mile, passing the Mercure hotel to the right and some banks to the left. As you pass the Land Registry building, turn left into Tawe Business Village. Take the first right in the business park. We are opposite Totec.
From the City Cerntre: From Quay Parade, cross the bridge and turn left onto the A4217. Continue for 1 mile, and take the 3rd exit at the roundabout. Take the next left fork. Turn immediately right at a roundabout onto Nantlog Way, becoming Siemens Way. At the next roundabout (Wyevale Garden Centre) go straight on. Pass a car sales room and take the second right at the entrance to the land registry for Wales, to enter Tawe Business Village. You will see Totec to the right. We are just behind.

Bus No. 31 runs hourly from the Central Bus Station to Phoenix Way, and stops just outside Tawe Business Village.
A taxi from Swansea Central Train Station is 3.5 miles and takes about 12 minutes.
